During our stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail. Not only were the currency recommendations provided in the info pack extremely helpful in navigating the local area, but the kitchen in our three-bedroom caravan was fully equipped with high-quality cookware and kitchen utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. the electric kettle made it convenient to enjoy a hot cup of tea in the evenings, while the flat-screen TV in the lounge area provided entertainment for the kids after a day of exploring. the staff's quick response to our maintenance issue with the electric was impressive, further demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, our experience at the hotel far exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped getaway in Snowdonia.
